Job description

This job consists of being the face of Leflair in all operational interactions with our suppliers, in verbal and written communications. As an agent, you will be responsible for the onboarding, monitoring and training of our suppliers; you will handle the day-to-day support and coordination with all departments to answer to supplier enquiries.

Job Description

  • Responsible for the understanding and knowledge of suppliers on Leflair processes.

  • Responsible for operations performance of suppliers. Follow operations performance of suppliers and help them improve.

  • Provide sufficient training to newly on-boarded suppliers and guide them throughout the time they work with Leflair.

  • Maintain relationship with suppliers to leverage internal initiatives.

  • Perform frequent call/meeting/visit with suppliers to understand their processes, identify root causes of operational issues and suggest actions.

  • Perform weekly/daily assessment of supplier performance to plan training schedule.

  • Suggest, leverage and execute internal actions/projects to improve supplier experience and improve supplier performance.

  • Build & maintain knowledge library & database to better equip suppliers

  • Use analytical approach to drive initiative that can achieve operational KPIs and targets


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree major in Business Administration, Supply chain & Logistics, Customer Service, or related fields

  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal (English & Vietnamese) with strong listening, problem solving and customer focusing attitude

  • Great with people and natural empathy to step into the customer’s / supplier’s shoes

  • Results oriented and ability to prioritize works for effective implementation

  • Great interpersonal skills and teamwork oriented: interact effectively with all levels and function as an effective team member

  • Highly self-motivated, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, professional, proactive, meticulous and a “can-do” attitude

  • Proficient in Excel.

  • Prefer understanding/enjoying logistics

  • Prefer understanding/enjoying/having experience in training/onboarding

  • Long term oriented
