Build a planning of sales events from the merchandise provided by the buying team and ensure the right mix of categories, price-points, brands’ popularity and timing
Execute e-merchandising strategies to optimize the performance of online merchandise (banners arrangement, SKU arrangement, etc.)
Create sales everyday to ensure our products are available and presented at their best on the website
Bachelor's degree major in Economic, Business Administration or related fields
Experience from Retail or FMCG industry or E-commerce experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Detail oriented and has the ability to enforce processes
Enjoy working in a fast-paced working environment
Understand brand positionings & and their characteristics
Eager to understand consumers' behavior and preferences
