Manage the Performance Marketing budget and grow customer acquisition, retention and growth
Own strategic channels such as but not limited to Social Paid (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), Google Ads, SEO, display and retargeting
Provide insightful reports to the Marketing Director and top management to better understand customer target behavior
Understand the Filipino media environment and provide digital strategy recommendations
Manage the performance of external agencies and affiliates
Collaborate with senior management to build scalable online marketing processes
Bachelor's Degree major in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
2 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce online marketing or digital agency
Strong hands on experience with Facebook Ad Manager & Google AdWords
Data-driven and critical thinking mindset
Expert analytical and quantitative skills
Strong listening skills and judgment to make wise decisions in the interest of Leflair
