Job description

The fastest growing e-commerce startup in town would like to bring on a Partnerships Executive. We’re looking for a driven, result-oriented and creative individual who wants to make a career in sales & marketing.   • Structure, negotiate and close marketing partnerships deals with partners across industries (banks, telcos, FMCGs, etc.) to increase the reach of Leflair in order to acquire new customers and increase revenue.

  • Work closely with other marketing teams (Social, Performance, etc.) and departments (Creative, Commercial, etc.) to make sure partnerships campaigns are running smoothly.

  • Monitor, analyse performance and be responsible for presenting findings to the Marketing Manager and the Partners.

  • Find new opportunities to grow the business and brand exposure of Leflair, including partnership/ sponsorship for events, rewards program, SEO backlinks, etc.

  • Assist other offline marketing activities (events, PR activations, etc.) as assigned.


Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience working in sales, account management for marketing agency or marketing partnerships for brands. Experienced in Banks, FMCG or e-commerce industry is a plus.

  • Growth mindset - someone who is not afraid to think big and take on risk. Willingness to roll up your sleeves. Knowledge about banking or e-commerce industries is a plus.

  • Familiar with lead-generating process. Know how to break the ice and possess excellent communication skill in English and Vietnamese.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

  • Skilled in client/project management with solid experience on managing multiple stakeholders.
