The fastest growing e-commerce startup in town would like to bring on a Partnerships Executive. We’re looking for a driven, result-oriented and creative individual who wants to make a career in sales & marketing. Structure, negotiate and close marketing partnerships deals with partners across industries (banks, telcos, FMCGs, etc.) to increase the reach of Leflair in order to acquire new customers and increase revenue.
Work closely with other marketing teams (Social, Performance, etc.) and departments (Creative, Commercial, etc.) to make sure partnerships campaigns are running smoothly.
Monitor, analyse performance and be responsible for presenting findings to the Marketing Manager and the Partners.
Find new opportunities to grow the business and brand exposure of Leflair, including partnership/ sponsorship for events, rewards program, SEO backlinks, etc.
Assist other offline marketing activities (events, PR activations, etc.) as assigned.
1-2 years experience working in sales, account management for marketing agency or marketing partnerships for brands. Experienced in Banks, FMCG or e-commerce industry is a plus.
Growth mindset - someone who is not afraid to think big and take on risk. Willingness to roll up your sleeves. Knowledge about banking or e-commerce industries is a plus.
Familiar with lead-generating process. Know how to break the ice and possess excellent communication skill in English and Vietnamese.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Skilled in client/project management with solid experience on managing multiple stakeholders.
