This HR business partner role is responsible for aligning HR strategies, programs and initiatives to business objectives. You will serve as consultant to management on people related issues and challenges. You will initiate, create  and execute programs in the following functional areas: employee relations, HR compliance and organizational development. As HRBP for Leflair, you will work with management in culture building and creating a great work environment where employees are empowered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with management and department leaders as advisor on various HR areas including but not limited to Organizational Development, Employee Relations, HR Compliance and Talent Management.

  • Strategically support business objectives through effective creation, implementation and execution of HR programs and initiatives.

  • Implement  internal policies and ensure compliance to local labour laws and manage employee relations issues. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-today management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with legal department as needed/required

  • Manage effectivity of HR programs across all department in the organization for OD and Talent Management.

  • Guide and coach managers with performance management discussions focusing on improving employee performance and  developing career development plans

  • Work closely with management in culture building and advocating an environment that empowers employees to do their best at work.

  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues, conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations

  • Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning.


  • Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Industrial Organization or any related field. Masters degree is a plus.

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in Human Resources as HR Business Partner of HR Generalist.

  • Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines specifically employee relations, organizational development, performance management  and talent management.

  • Good understanding of  Vietnamese labour law, policies and practices

  • Experience in working and communicating effectively  with management as an advisor for people related issues, challenges and strategies

  • High level of communication skills in English both verbal and written

  • Strong problem solving skills, analytical  and result-oriented

  • Proactive and ability to successfully execute multiple projects  

  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively with teams
