Optimize the performance of Leflair's daily newsletter
Initiate, manage and run relevant A/B tests to acquire and retain customers
Implement reactivation email campaigns to improve the customer journey
Create relevant campaigns through other CRM touchpoints (SMS, push notifications, etc.) to increase conversion and ensure a great customer experience
Work closely with the rest of the marketing team and other departments (Commercial, Production) to ensure consistency across channels and execution of marketing plans with brands and partners
Provide the marketing team and senior management team with insightful reporting and benchmark
Bachelor's Degree major in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
1 - 2 years experience in CRM. Experience in E-commerce is a plus
Strong analytical skills with great attention to details
