Manage the performance of Leflair's CRM channels to grow customer retention and ultimately the CRM contribution to business targets

Job Description

  • Optimize the performance of Leflair's daily newsletter

  • Initiate, manage and run relevant A/B tests to acquire and retain customers

  • Implement reactivation email campaigns to improve the customer journey

  • Create relevant campaigns through other CRM touchpoints (SMS, push notifications, etc.) to increase conversion and ensure a great customer experience

  • Work closely with the rest of the marketing team and other departments (Commercial, Production) to ensure consistency across channels and execution of marketing plans with brands and partners

  • Provide the marketing team and senior management team with insightful reporting and benchmark

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree major in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields

  • 1 - 2 years experience in CRM. Experience in  E-commerce is a plus

  • Strong analytical skills with great attention to details

  • Customer focused mindset

  • Strong project management and organization skills

  • Strong listening skills and judgement to make wise decisions in the interest of Leflair
