Job description

Assist the Business Development Manager in prospecting, qualifying opportunities, keying in deals information, preparing reports, and ultimately contributing to our rapid revenue growth.

Job Description

  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager for Home to close deals with brands and partners

  • Drive leads generation and business mapping

  • Be a subject-matter expert for Home, Lifestyle, Kitchenware, and other Home essentials

  • Ensure high quality and efficiency of supplier support through verbal and written (email, social media) communications

  • Develop a strong understanding of both commercial and operations aspects of the Home product categories you handle

  • Collect and format product lists provided by suppliers with deal information including contact points, warranty types, returns policy

  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of product information including product types, size and color variations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication Arts, or any related fields

  • Minimum of 2-years experience in retail or e-commerce

  • Managed accounts relating to kitchenware, small appliances, home necessities, etc.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Well versed in using Excel spreadsheets and other data management systems

  • Strong data and analytical skills

  • Strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude
