About You

As the Brand & Partnerships Manager at Leflair, you are in main charge of growing our business through relevant partnerships. This role is the main driver for new customer acquisition, new stream of revenue as well as how the Leflair brand is perceived from the eyes of Vietnamese consumers.

Job Description

  • “OWN" the reach of Leflair in the market by utilising the power of the media, influencers and third-party communications.

  • Branding:

    • Strategic Planning: Craft the brand story, develop communications and ATL plans for the Vietnam market.

    • Corporate, Media & Influencer Relation: Develop and maintain relationship with key partners including fashion, trade lifestyle, business media as well as key opinion leaders, social influencers in order to deliver the brand message.

    • Event & Activation Organizing: Plan, execute and manage local PR events, including press conferences/ gatherings, product launches and offline pop-up sales.

  • Partnerships:

    • Structure, negotiate and close partnerships with relevant partners across industries (banks, telcos, FMCGs, Chatapps, Internet companies, etc.) in order to grow customer base and develop deals where both parties benefit via business development.

    • Secure sponsorships, additional fundings from partners for key marketing/ ATL campaigns.

    • Explore other stream of revenue for Leflair, including B-2-B gift card sale, pop-up sale and other affiliates/ commission-based partnerships.   


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business or equivalent experience 

  • 3 to 5 year experience in e-commerce marketing, branding or consumer PR.

  • #outofthisworld creative and passionate about story-telling. Strong presentation skills.

  • Strong network and relationship with general business, media contacts, entertainment trade press/analyst/blogger communities, and particularly with business media houses in Vietnam.

  • Familiar with idea-pitching and lead-generating process: knows how to break the ice, approach prospects and close deals.

  • Good project and stakeholder management skills. Experienced in working with multiple internal and external stakeholders is a plus.

  • A dynamic person, result-driven personality, high level of enthusiasm and commitment.

  • Working experience in FMCG companies or marketing agencies is a plus
